Valentines at the Birdcage

Valentines for Tasty events uk took place at the Birdcage in Hessle this year and what a delight it was to help out.

The venue had the misfortune of being let down by their bar staff so they reached out and we were happy to help.

As we do provide a bartending service along I (Ash) went to create some cocktails to the romantic couples celebrating. I must say the food at the Birdcage looked absolutely beautiful and the valentines cocktail menu was a hit. Drunk on love - a boozy fruity cocktail with a bouncy froth was the favourite followed by a berry champagne cocktail with a touch of sparkle.
